IRR Hurdle Waterfall Template with GP Catch-up Provision

I finally had enough requests that it made sense to build a version of this joint venture cash flow waterfall that included a provision for GP catchup-up. All that means is after the first LP hurdle is reached, 100% of the cash flows go to the GP until they receive a defined IRR. After that, cash flows continue into the next hurdles like normal.
