I also offered some different finishing options!! Sweet Potato Hash Browns - peel & shred your sweet potato (I shred 1 sweet potato for the both of us. Pre-heat you pan with either Coconut oil or Olive oil. Add sweet potato shreds. I mix them around with a spatula & add garlic, pepper, brown sugar & jalapenos to taste. I probably use at least 2 TBS of brown sugar and 2 tsp of jalapenos. Saute for 5-10 minutes & serve.
