Enjoy, and thanks for watching! — Dave Cook n’ Share ⭐ You Will Need 2 - 3 Cups of leftover chicken or turkey 1 1/2 Cups of mixed veggies (I use frozen) 1 Cup of stuffing (leftover or box) 1 Tsp of salt 1 1/2 Tsp of ground black pepper 3/4 Tsp of sage 1 Tsp of Thyme 1 Tsp of Italian Seasoning 2 Cups of Gravy 2 Frozen Pie Shells 1 Egg 1 Tsp of Water To Make the Gravy 3 Tbsp of unsalted butter 3 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour 1 1/2 Cups of Chicken Stock 3/4 Tsp of Garlic Powder ⭐ Helpful Tips If the filling is too runny, simmer it longer or add a small cornstarch slurry. If the crust browns too quickly, cover the edges with foil while baking. Frozen veggies work great — no need to thaw. Let the pot pie rest for 10 minutes before slicing so it sets nicely. ⭐ Video Chapters: 00:00 Introduction 00:15 Preparing the chicken/Turkey 00:48 Preparing the Pot Pie Mix 01:56 Making the Gravy 03:28 Finishing the mix 03:55 Filling the Pie Shell 04:15 Egg Wash on the Sides 04:32 Putting the Top On 05:28 Baking and Outcome 06:29 Tips 06:49 Tasting ⭐ Get Notified Subscribe & click the bell icon to get updates on new uploads.
