Apply base coat to protect your natural nails, Paint your nail off white or white and don't let it dry. Place small dots in pink shades over the wet base. Grab a needle and shape hearts from the dots. Finish the design with tiny pink dots above the hearts. Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.
