Frostpunk - Arks - Survivor - Saved New Manchester - Deathless

I start by scavenging as much wood as I can from streets to build a workshop and two gathering posts. It is essential to get scouts scouting as quickly as possible, which can be done by evening of day 2. By researching More Scouts and Lighter Scout Sleds as early as possible, I can visit all locations with plenty of time to spare. Law order: Emergency Shift, Extended Shift, Radical Treatment, Overcrowding, Fighting Arena, Public House, Moonshine, Care House, Prosthetics. There aren't any amputations until the automaton accident, so I don't build a care house until then. I make a few prosthetics to keep everyone working. Until the temperature gets down to -40C, I save as much coal as possible by only turning the generator on enough to cover the part of the night when people can freeze to death and to allow automatons to refuel. Even more than most maps, research speed is high priority, so I build three workshops as soon as there's enough resources. Initial research order: Beacon, Sawmill, Steelworks, Drawing Boards, More Scouts. I research Heaters, Improved Heaters and Advanced Heaters as late as possible but just in time to prevent any arks from freezing. For wood, I didn't need to research anything beyond Sawmill. I researched Steam Steelworks and built two as soon as possible, but Advanced Steelworks aren't necessary. When the arks start to freeze, I turn heat on and off so that they're always either warming up or freezing. When an ark is fully warm, any coal burned by a heater is wasted. I build an infirmary near the entrance so that when the scout from New Manchester arrives, he doesn't die on the way.
