This week in our series "questions worth asking," we are dealing with the question “What is Christianity?” Below you will find some discussion questions for those who would like to go deeper in your study. Questions for Discussion: 1. Are you a Christian? If so, how would you respond to someone who asked you to “give a reason for the hope that you have.” or in other words, if someone asked you why you are a Christian what would you say? 2. What has been your experience with Christians? If you had to describe Christianity based only on your encounter with other Christians, what would you say? 3. Do you think Christianity has had a positive or negative impact on the world at large? 4. Have you ever struggled with believing you need to do something to earn God’s love or forgiveness? 5. If you were to die tonight and stand before God, and he were to ask you why he should let you into heaven, how would you answer? Additional Resources: Books: Mere Christianity: C.S.
