Double-A has the #1 prospect in the system, RHP Jack Leiter, as well as top ten prospects 2B Justin Foscue and 1B/OF Dustin Harris. Triple-A has Cole Winn, who has been downgraded by the prospect apparatus but when you go to visit and watch his outings, there's a reason behind the madness.
