Can I beat a Hardcore Nuzlocke using ONLY BAD MOVES in Pokémon Blue?

Living out my lifelong dream of being an NPC. Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules: 1. If a Pokémon faints, it’s no longer usable. 2. I can only catch the first encounter per route. 3. Set Mode must be on. 4. No Item in battle, held items are fine. 5. No overleveling past the next Gym Leader / Elite Four Member. Additional Rules: 1. I’ll be using “bad” moves. 2. Ngl not entirely sure what classifies a bad move yet.
