It's the 29° mission in GTA III in chronological order, and it takes place in Portland. It becomes available after completing The Thieves. This is an optional mission, but it is required for 100% completion of the game. Mrs. Chonks is causing money problems that Marty wants sorting. Marty's Pay Phone does not have a blip on the map. It's located outside of his factory in Trenton, near Joey's Garage. The mission is only available from 9:00 to 19:00.
