Beef Cutlets Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Beef qeema (Mince) 500g -Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs -Water 1 Cup -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Bread slices 3 -Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp -Mustard powder 1 tsp -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ¼ Cup -Anday (Eggs) whisked 2-3 -Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -In a wok,add beef mince,vinegar,water,mix well and cook until it changes color,cover & cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes then cook on high flame until water is reduced (8-10 minutes). -Add salt,mix well and cook on high flame until dries up & let it cool. -In a deep dish,place bread slices & gradually add milk on each slice one by one & set aside. -In a frying pan,add onion & dry roast for 2 minutes & set aside. -In a bowl,add cooked mince,black pepper powder,mustard powder,green chillies,fresh coriander,onion & mix well. -Crumble the bread slices & squeeze out excess milk,add in the bowl & mix until well combined. -Grease hands with oil,take a mixture (50g) and make cutlets of equal sizes & refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. -Now dip into beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs (makes 12). -Can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month. -In a frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry cutlets from both sides until golden brown. -Serve with tomato ketchup!
