Call of Duty - Black Ops 3 Multiplayer Graphics Texture Glitch

Its been few months now that i am having this issue. The textures on the objects, specialist character and map surfaces along with weapon camo are glitching on and off in-game. i put to default settings on the game, did verify the game cache, reinstalled the game, clean reinstalled the graphics driver but the issues still exists. my pc specs are: i76700 gtx 980ti 8gb corsair vengeance with ssd drive.
