Rocket Flares! Just A Couple Hooligans Doing Hooligan Things LOL

A couple friends and I shooting a maritime emergency rocket flare, they shoot rockets that go up about 2,000 feet and deploy a parachute at apogee, and burn for 30 seconds or so. They're a huge hit on the 4th of July!
