Sam DLC Armstrong is plain bullshit. That took way more attempts than it should have. Have the whole deal. Capped with OBS set at 10k kb/s and VBR. Much better. Not completely satisfied yet, but I doubt increasing the bitrate would do anything, given that's YouTube's cap, I think. Probably artifacts from OBS' own encoding.
