EXPRESSING GRATITUDE THROUGH WORSHIP Tuesday 14th October 2025 “Then out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of those who make merry; I will multiply them, and they shall not diminish; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.” — Jeremiah 30:19 (NKJV) One of the greatest secrets of multiplication, promotion, and increase in a believer’s life is thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is not a reaction to what God has done — it is a spiritual posture that sustains His presence and attracts His glory. You can pray amiss, but you can never thank amiss. When you express gratitude through worship, you are declaring that God is faithful, even before you see the manifestation of your prayers. Abraham grew strong in faith as he gave glory to God (Romans 4:20). Likewise, your thanksgiving strengthens your faith — it takes your eyes off the circumstance and fixes them on the One who never fails. Thanksgiving is a faith booster. When your heart is full of gratitude, no storm can keep you down. It makes you buoyant in the spirit — you float above every trial and remain anchored in peace. The children of Israel complained in the wilderness and perished there. But those who are grateful always move forward. Ingratitude stagnates, but thanksgiving multiplies. Worship is the highest form of thanksgiving. Every time you lift your voice in heartfelt worship, you are saying, “Lord, You are good” That sound invites the presence of God — the same cloud of glory that filled Solomon’s temple. When we worship with thankful hearts, miracles are completed, faith is strengthened, and Heaven responds.
