The sixth board is DK's Jungle Ruins and I (Yoshi) have to defeat Wario, Peach, and Koopa. As a bonus, I have up to 3 tries to basically beat all 3 opponents. To succeed, I have to get 1st place in total. Anything less is a restart, unless it is the third round in which if I don't get first, I've failed the board.
