I’m reading your comments about the Delphi murders as we discuss the amount of evidence against Richard Allen. Will it be enough to convict? These are some of the things that, no doubt, his attorneys will be looking at when this trial goes to court. I appreciate your comments, and also the corrections that you made to my statements. Truly, I am only trying to retain an unbiased opinion and look at the facts in the case. It seems a lot of people already have their mind made up but we must keep in mind that a person is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. While opinions may not be wrong, We cannot assume that we know everything about the case. I would really like to keep this discussion civil and kind. I am willing to hear anything you want to talk about because I feel that, your knowledge matters on both sides. None of us know for sure if he is guilty or not and the best we can do is look at the evidence and maybe information that has not been released by law enforcement. At this point, I, hope that law enforcement truly has the victims best interest at heart, as well as protecting the rights of Richard Allen. As I’ve said, before, if he is proven, beyond a reasonable doubt, to be guilty of this heinous crime, I want to see him, put under the jail. We all went justice for Abby and Libby - that is the bottom line. We should also want to make sure that the court system is fair to everyone.
