"We don't have any clue where he could be": Police release video of suspect in Rachel Morin's murder

The Harford County Sheriff's Office released a video of the person they say is the suspect in the death of a mother of five in Harford County but say that they "don't have any clue where he could be." Col. William Davis, Chief Deputy with the Harford County Sheriff's Office, said that Rachel Morin's death was "potentially a random act of violence." Morin was found dead along the Ma & Pa Trail in Bel Air, Maryland, on the afternoon of August 6 after being reported missing the previous night.
