Here's your Cleveland weather forecast from 3News Senior Meteorologist Matt Wintz: Lots going on weather-wise although you may not be able to tell this evening. High clouds will continue to stream through our mainly clear sky overnight as lows settle back into the mid 40s. Quiet weather will persist into our Thursday with a warm breeze helping our temp to surge into the upper 60s to near 70. Lots of sunshine can be expected, but high clouds will thicken up very late in the day. Then the changes begin. The remnants of Nicole will work up the Appalachian chain bringing increasing clouds and eventually a soaking rain during the day Friday. Temps will rise into the upper 50s and low 60s at best, but the rain will be steady and heavy at times. The system departs Friday night and allows much colder air to spill into the Great Lakes. Saturday will be blustery and colder, but it looks mainly dry throughout the day. By late evening, lake effect rain and snow will develop out over the lake with lake effect snow showers expected Sunday. Another system looks to bring a good dose of rain and snow next week as this active November pattern begins!
