CRISPY KACHORI, HOMEMADE KACHORI RECIPE 2 cup white flour Add salt as per taste ½ cup oil Oil is must to add for crispness in kasoris Add ½ TBS baking powder You can also add curd instead of baking powder Baking powder or curd makes kachoris crispy First mix them dry Now knead it with water Knead it neither too hard nor too soft Dough is ready To set the dough leave it covered for 20 minutes This makes kachoris fluffy For stuffing, soaked the Moong dal for 2 hours Stain all the water Slightly grind it Heat 2 TBS oil in a pan After the oil gets warm Add ½ TBS cumin seed Add ½ TBS coarsely grounded coriander Add 2 TBS gram flour (Gram flour absorbs all the mixture of dal) Slightly roast this gram flour for 1-2 minutes Add ½ TBS salt, ½TBS red chilli powder & ½TBS turmeric Mix them well ( You can add these spice according to your taste) Add moong dal and mix well Add ½TBS roasted fennel seeds Stuffing is ready Turn off the gas flame Now let it to cool Dough is ready after 20 minutes Press the dough by applying little oil on your hand Make little balls Ready for stuffing Roll a ball Fill it with stuffing Neither fill too little nor too more😊 Close it like this Now slightly roll it Likewise prepare all these After staffing leave them atleast 10 minutes It avoids bubbles while frying Ready to fry Heat the oil in a pan Keep the oil warm Put the kachoris one by one in warm oil No need to touch them After sometime they floats over Flip all the kachoris one by one Fry them till they turn golden brown from both sides Take out & put them on a plate Kachoris are ready Try out this recipe of crispy kachoris at home Will see you in my next video Till then bye bye ☺️ #crispykachori #sangitasaikia #kachori
