Ardha Uttanasana Tutorial (Standing Half Forward Fold Pose)

This is the beginner modification of this pose. An essential pose performed during Sun Salutation A. Benefits of this pose include strengthening and stretching your hamstrings, calves, front and back torso. It’s also a back and spine strengthener while at the same time stimulating your internal organs to help aid in digestion. Take precaution if you suffer from any back injuries.
