At an event where Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. was endorsing Eric Adams for Mayor, Eric talked about how he joined the NYPD as a young man to fight against the kind of police misconduct he was a victim of as a teenager. Eric went on to found 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care and become a leading voice on police reform.
