Monday's extended Cleveland weather forecast: Cool start before a hot finish this week

Cleveland weather forecast for Monday, June 10, 2024. Get ready for an unseasonably cool start to the week. High temperatures average near 80 this time of year, and today we'll struggle to get out of the 50s! If we fail to high 60 degrees, this will be the latest occurrence of high temps in the 50s in 32 years! Rare territory, for sure, having chilly air like this in mid June. We'll experience an interval of clouds today with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s as we mentioned. Skies will clear out overnight with chilly temps dipping back into the 40s. Tuesday, we'll begin to rebound with highs pushing into the low 70s. If you miss the heat and humidity, you won't have to wait long. Highs by Thursday will push into the upper 80s with the return of that summer-time humidity. Showers and storms will return along a cold front on Friday. This front will push temps back into the 70s Friday and Saturday before another surge of heat and humidity arrives Sunday into the beginning of next week.
