The court has now reserved its judgement after the ED pleaded its case before the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) court. The access has now been granted to the lawyers of both Arpita Mukherjee and Partha Chatterjee. The ED’s primary contention in this matter is that the poor were cheated of their jobs.
