WATCH: Video Shows Aftermath of Shelling in Chernihiv

Ukrainian Emergency Ministry video shows damaged buildings in the city of Chernihiv. According to a statement released on the ministry's Facebook page, shelling hit homes, a building in the central market and a kindergarten, but there were no casualties. Chernihiv lies about 130 kilometers (80 miles) north-east of Kyiv.
