This is so simple as well as very much nutritious and has great health benefits. As walnut too contents great source if vitamin E, Omega 3, magnesium an dothe rminerals. Good for brain & heart health. So let's start with the recipe. Ingredients :- 1. 1 cup ragi flour / nachani flour. 2. 3/4 th cup jaggery grated 3. 4 tbsp. or 1/4 th cup melted butter. 4. 1/2 cup warm milk 5. 1 tsp. baking powder 6. 1 tsp. Vanilla essence. 7. 1/2 cup walnut pieces 8. 4 tbsp. coco powder. PROCEDURE :- 1. Prepare cake tin by greasing with desi ghee an place the parchment paper into it and keep. asid efor furrher use. 2. In a big bowl take butter and add jaggery to it and then warm milk all in given quantity and whisk it nicely until the jaggery pieces dissolve completely. 3. Next step is to sieve all dry ingredients altogether, i. e. ragi flour, baking powder, coco powder. 4. Now add vanilla essence and mix altogether with cut & fold method. Don't incorporate fast do it gently as shown in video. 5. preheat the cooker for 10 minutes on medium flame before baking and then pour the mixture into the tin and add some walnut pieces to garnish & keep for 30 minutes baking on low flame. 6. Over 30 minutes check once and if knife is clean it mean it is done. 7. Take down and allow it to cool completely, then remove the parchment paper and cut the ragi brownie into desired shape and serve.
