Operational information as of 06.00 31.03.2022 regarding the Russian invasion The thirty-sixth day of the heroic resistance of the Ukrainian people to the Russian military invasion has begun. The leadership of the Russian Federation is considering the issue of forming occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories. According to available information, the selection of employees of law enforcement agencies, prosecutors' offices and courts is being carried out on the territory of the Russian Federation, who will later be sent to the territory of Ukraine. To implement the scenario of creating another pseudo-republic in the Kherson region, the work of employees of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the 652nd Information and Psychological Operations Group and officers of the 12th Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Federation is noted. The main direction of activity of the mentioned units is to conduct the so-called “explanatory work” with local authorities and the population. Information support is provided by demonstrating video clips with fake persons. The morale and psychological state of the enemy troops and the level of motivation of the personnel of the occupation forces units to participate in combat operations remains low and tends to deteriorate. According to available information, in the units of the 60th separate motorized rifle brigade of the 5th combined-arms army of the Eastern Military District, two platoon commanders have been removed from their posts due to non-fulfillment of the order to conduct combat operations. To conduct explanatory work, the deputy brigade commander for military-political work is scheduled to arrive in the area of ​​​​combat tasks of the BTGr unit in Yasynivka, Donetsk region. Numerous cases of refusal to continue service and reluctance to sign contracts by conscripts are noted in the formations and units of the Baltic Fleet, in particular the 79th separate motorized rifle brigade of the 11th army corps. On the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the movement of military equipment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was recorded, probably for the purpose of regrouping units, as well as creating a reserve to replenish losses in manpower, weapons and equipment of groups operating on the territory of Ukraine. In the territories of the Kyiv region left by the enemy, there are frequent cases of mining of the territory and buildings of local residents. The Defense Forces Group continues to conduct a defensive operation in the Eastern, South-Eastern and North-Eastern directions. In all directions, the enemy is successfully restrained by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in some - our troops are carrying out successful counterattacks. The United Forces Group in the Donetsk and Luhansk directions repelled 5 enemy attacks during the day. Our soldiers destroyed 10 tanks, 18 units of armored and 13 units of automotive equipment, 15 artillery systems. The enemy also suffered losses in manpower. Over the past day, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has hit 7 air targets - 4 aircraft, UAVs and 2 cruise missiles.
