A customized variant is driven by Klutch in Underground mode. [ Personal Thoughts & Performance ] for whatever reason, this one didn't make the jump to UG2. maybe they didn't feel like renewing the licensing with dodge for a car that was kinda seen as a joke. it's the only car that didn't carry over that's not a honda (licensing issues) or had an obvious replacement (lancer and impreza). was it even seen as that bad at the time? i mean obviously it was never exactly desirable but compared to how it's basically a meme now... anyway, it's also surprising that we never got the srt4 in any nfs game. it feels like it would've fit great in ug2. while obviously quite slow in the grand scheme, the neon is a fine all-arounder of a starter car, with decent power under the hood and acceptable handling, if not quite as quick to turn as some of the other starter cars. with max upgrades, the greatest strength of the neon is in its acceleration, particularly from higher speeds. its handling is stable but understeery and its top speed is certainly nothing special, but it is still a quite good all-around car. 【Course Information】 ========================= ・Lock Up・ Lock Up is a 4.7mi Sprint route taking place in the Inner City, Chinatown, Market, and Port Royal districts, running through Chinatown Park and down 6th Ave, then over the drawbridge towards the prison. It is unlocked in its forward layout by winning Underground mode event 23 (Steeltown Sprint), and in its reverse layout by winning event 43 (Where There's Smoke, There's...). [ Personal Thoughts ] one of the longer sprints and also one of the more challenging in its variety, using sections from downtown, the market street gardens, and the stadium highway which all differ quite a bit in the feel of the turns. 0:00 Menu 0:44 Race Start 3:39 Race End
