New Engine ECU Map on a Royal Enfield Euro 5 Himalayan Part 1

Today I was taking my Euro 5 Himalayan in to have its ECU engine map or firmware updated. It is allegedly the exact same as the SCRAM, Is it worth doing? It has to be done at a Royal Enfield Dealer as you need a special tools to do it and access to the new ECU map / firmware.
