UCalgary Law Mini Lecture: Paying the Price for Carbon Pollution?

This mini lecture will introduce students to the Pan-Canadian Approach to carbon pricing and the role that the GGPPA plays to backstop carbon price stringency. It will also introduce students to the key legal arguments that the Supreme Court of Canada will be asked to consider as it determines whether the GGPPA is constitutionally valid.
