The para cord is made of 7 high strength nylon strands and 3 bonus life strands which are a waxed cotton thread to start a fire a fishing line for fishing combined with the fish hook which is woven into the para cord. The para cord is about 2' long unwoven (woven it is 2" long) and makes a 20' long string if all strands are tight together. It is a strong 550lb para-cord rope for heavy duty outdoor activities.
