Green cardamom 3 no. Cloves 1 no. Bay leaf 1 fresh Green chilli (cut into diagonally) 3 cloves Garlic (crushed) 1 inch Ginger (peeled & chopped) 2 medium Onions (diced) 4-5 medium Tomatoes (cut into quarters) 4-5 no. Dry Kashmiri red chillies (deseeded & soaked) 10-12 no. Cashew nuts 1 tsp Degi red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tsp Kewra water ¼ tsp Turmeric powder 1 heaped tsp Coriander powder 3 tbsp Curd 1 ½ cup Water Finishing Gravy 3 tbsp Butter (cubed) 1 medium Onion (chopped) 1 tsp Degi red chilli powder 1 medium Tomato (chopped) Salt to taste Prepared Gravy Paneer, Cubed 1 tbsp Dry fenugreek leaves (crushed) 1-2 tbsp Honey Process Gravy ● Press the power button. ● Select Curry Mode. Choose a Veg Preset. Set time 20 minutes- high heat. ● Press the Start/Play. ● Add ghee to the cooking pot. Once hot, add green cardamom, cloves, and bay leaf. Let them splutter. Add green chilli, garlic, ginger, and onions. Cook for 5 minutes until soft. ● Add tomatoes, soaked red chillies, cashewnuts, degi red chilli powder, and salt to taste. ● Cook for another 5 minutes until oil separates. ● Add kewra water, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and curd. Cook for 3 minutes. ● Add water, cover with the glass lid, and cook for the remaining 7 minutes. ● Transfer the mixture to a mixer grinder jar and grind into a smooth paste. ● Keep aside for further use. Finishing Gravy ● Press the Power button. ● Select Curry Mode. Choose the Veg Preset. ● Press Start/Play. ● Add butter to the cooking pot. Once melted, add onions and sauté for 5 minutes. ● Add degi red chilli powder, chopped tomatoes, and salt to taste. Cook for 2 minutes. ● Add the prepared gravy and cook for 5 minutes. ● Add soaked paneer cubes, crushed dry fenugreek leaves, and honey. Cook for another 3 minutes. ● Transfer to a serving dish. Finish with fresh cream.
