Here's my #boil&fry channa (chickpeas), bursting with favor full and #mouthwatering spices. Enjoy! BOIL AND FRY CHANNA 3-cup channa 1-cup sunflower oil 3-tsps grind geera 1-tbsp whole geera 2-tsps whole ajwain 1-tsps sea salt 3 wiri wiri pepper 2-medium onion finely chopped 1/3-cup finely chopped green onion soak channa overnight and cook in pressure pot for 30 minutes, drain heat up oil, add whole geera and ajwain to fry, add onion and fry not too brown, add channa and fry for five minutes. Add grind geera, salt, turn, add wiri wiri pepper, turn and fry until lightly brown, add green onion two minutes before done frying, turn and fry for two minutes. plate and serve
