Ingredients : Marination : 250 gms Prawns (झींगा) (medium/large, cleaned & deveined) ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ¼ tsp Salt (नमक) 1 tsp Lemon Juice (नींबू रस) For Roasting the Red Bell Peppers : 1 tsp Cooking Oil (तेल) ½ (50 gms) Red Bell Pepper (लाल शिमला मिर्च) For frying the Prawns : 1 tsp Cooking Oil (तेल) 1 tbsp Butter (मक्खन) For the gravy base : 1 tsp Cooking Oil (तेल) - (use as per your diet restrictions) 1 tbsp Butter (मक्खन) - (use as per your diet restrictions) 1 large (100 gms) Onion (प्याज़)- sliced 5 gms Ginger (अदरक) - roughly chopped 15 gms Garlic (लहसुन) - roughly chopped 1 medium (80 gms) Tomato (टमाटर) - roughly chopped 10 - 12 (15 gms) Cashew Nuts - soaked in hot water for 15 mins ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) 1 tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) Other Ingredients : 2 tbsp Cooking Oil (तेल) - (use as per your diet restrictions) 1 tbsp Butter (मक्खन) - (use as per your diet restrictions) 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (jeera) 2 - 3 tbsp Onion (finely chopped) 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - (use as per your spice tolerance) 200 ml Water (used after rinsing the blender jar) ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) ½ tsp Salt (or as per taste) 2 to 3 Green Chillies (roughly chopped) ½ tsp Kasuri Methi (dry fenugreek leaves) (सूखी मेथी पत्तियाँ) For garnish : 2 to 3 tsp Fresh Cream (ताज़ी क्रीम) 2 to 3 tbsp Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया) - (finely chopped) Note: This entire dish is cooked in the same pan so that the flavors from the fried chicken, sautéed onions, and spices all combine beautifully.
