Garland ISD guard shot by terrorists speaks out

Bruce Joiner is the Garland ISD security guard who was shot by terrorists in 2015 at the Curtis Culwell Center. He is tormented by not knowing what really happened that day. Garland won't release records related to the incident citing an ongoing investigation.
