Second line for Art Neville marches through Treme
Dozens gathered to form a second line gathered at Fats Tuba Square on Monday, July 29 to honor the life and music of Art Neville, the eldest member of the city’s first family of funk, who founded and performed with seminal music groups the Meters and the Neville Brothers.
