Solid Sequel to a Legendary Gamecube Title - Luigi's Mansion 2 HD (Dark Moon) - Review (Part 2)

Luigi's Mansion is undeniably one of the most unique and quirky video game series out there. It's even hard to describe the genre of these games because of how unusual they are. Basically it always comes down to our boy Luigi catching funny ghosts in abandoned mansions (and not only them) and solving engaging puzzles along the way. Luigi's Mansion got its own recognizable characters which are not just guys from Mushroom Kingdom, such as our favorite doggo Polterpup, a little bit selfish professor Elvin Gadd and our greatest enemy King Boo. But in today's video we are gonna review a remaster of a legendary 3DS title which made these games a proper series at the first place. Luigi's Mansion 2 or Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon (as it was called in US) when it first came out faced mixed but overall positive review from fans. Some people didn't like its mission based gameplay, some people didn't like its soundtrack and some people said that ghosts lacked their unique personalities. Though after the years it became a classic 3DS title. And here we are, in 2024 it finally got its deserved Nintendo Switch remaster but it still managed to face controversies. Some fans just thought that this game was just a lazy remaster. Though in today's video I'm gonna prove that this is an amazing game with a quirky story, silly ghosts and interesting puzzles. And the Switch port made this game even lovelier and better. So if you like Luigi's Mansion on Gamecube or Luigi's Mansion 3, you'll definitely need to pick this game up!
