Debate: Autonomy still an option? - 1

A report in the local media in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) has sparked a fresh debate on the autonomy of the state. According to these media reports, the Govt appointed interlocutors to the state, Dileep Padgaonkar, Radha Kumar and M.M. Ansari, is looking at a possible solution for peace in the Valley. Their yet to be submitted report have recommended autonomy of J&K as an aspect that needs to be discussed and reconsidered. Their conversations seemed to have thrown up the option of autonomy for the state.
