Sourdough Bread: No Stretch & Folds | Quick Mixer Method for Busy Days

In this video, I’ll show you how to mix sourdough using a stand or spiral mixer, skipping stretch and folds entirely. On a hot day, I used cold water from the fridge to keep the dough temperature low. This method is perfect if you’re short on time or busy, though it produces a slightly denser crumb.
