A suicide attack on a wedding celebration in the Afghan capital has killed at least 63 people, the interior minister said. The Taliban denied responsibility for the blast at a west Kabul wedding hall. Witnesses said members of the minority Shia Muslim community were holding the wedding reception. The blast comes at a greatly uncertain time in Afghanistan as the US and the Taliban near a deal to end a nearly 18-year war, America's longest conflict. Al Jazeera's Katia Lopez-Hodoyan reports.
