Vintage pocket radio purchased from Etsy seller AunesVintageJewels. Radio was in poor shape & I bought it with that understanding. It had a broken circuit board (the skinny end of the board with black spot tie tied around it) that I epoxied back together adding a piece of scrap circuit board for added support. The mounting posts to the volume control were also broken off - epoxy curing on the case shown to the left of the circuit board in this video. I could only find three electrolytic capacitors - two 10uf and one 30uf. Replaced them with new modern equivalents. Radio began to play well. Probably the first time it's played in decades. 2022 - 1965 = radio is 57 years old.
