Pedro de la Rosa tries epic overtake and causes epic traffic jam instead - Monaco GP 2000

After a second start in the 2000 Monaco Grand Prix Arrows Team driver Pedro de la Rosa tries to make an overtake on the outside of Jenson Button in the Fairmont Hairpin. What could have been a historic overtake and a highlight in de la Rosas career ended up in a traffic jam that caused the race to be started another time.
