JFRD: Fiery crash on I-295 near the Buckman Bridge delays traffic

The Jacksonville FIre and Rescue Department says a fiery crash on I295 near the Buckman Bridge is delayed traffic Monday morning.  JFRD said a semitruck, a van and two other vehicles were involved in the crash. The fire department is reporting multiple injuries. JFRD left the scene and the Florida Highway Patrol is taking over the crash investigation. FHP said a semitruck carrying cement had a tire blow out on I-295 North. The truck plowed into the guardrial and hit three on-coming vehicles. Two of them caught on fire, including the semi.
