Video: Prosecutors say teen set up botched burglary

Opening statements began Tuesday in the trial of the youngest suspect in the slaying and sexual assault of Arnesha Bowers. Two others accused in the crime pleaded guilty last week. Jury selection started around 10:30 a.m. Monday and continued through Tuesday morning. Opening statements began mid-morning. Raeshawn Rivers' trial began Tuesday with a warning from the judge about the graphic evidence jurors may hear and see. The judge encouraged the jury to look at the evidence more clearly than passionately, and not to rely on sympathy and emotion.
