Honestly, of the T7 destroyers currently in the game, Akatsuki is by far the single best T7 DD that you don't have to pay real money to get. For those who remember the former T8 Fubuki B-Hull, Akatsuki will feel familiar to you but boasts better gun play with less stealth.
