Victims' families criticize Newsom for vetoing jail deaths legislation

Families of those who have died inside San Diego County jails rallied in front of the state administration building downtown Monday over Gov. Gavin Newsom’s veto of a bill meant to reduce deaths inside the jails. KPBS reporter Kitty Alvarado says those families are asking: "What will it take to make change happen?"
