We have got your back Vegans! This easy to make vegan mayonnaise is the perfect dip for your favorite recipes. VEGAN MAYO Ingredients 1 cup soy milk 2 cups oil Salt to taste 2 tsps mustard powder ½ tbsp apple cidar vinegar 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 medium carrot, cut into thick strips 1 medium beetroot, cut into thick strips 2 celery stalks, cut into 2 inch pieces 1 small white radish, cut into thick strips Red radish slice for garnish Micro green for garnish Method 1. In a glass jar, add soy milk, and blend well using an electric hand blender. 2. Addoil little by little while continuously blending the mixture till it thickens. 3. Add salt, mustard powder, vinegar, maple syrup and blend again till combined. 4. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with red radish slice and micro green. 5. Serve with carrots, beetroot, celery, and radish or store in an airtight container.
