ROLLING THUNDER FEATURES: Two sides - each side is a tank company of only humans fighting the other side - in 80+ player vs player (PvP) battles. Main Battle Tanks. Support elements - Scouts, Air Recon, Anti Tank, Logistics. Immersive chain of command system - work as a united army. Objectives: Each side must Capture & Hold two zones in the enemy's territory. Whoever holds out the longest wins. ACE Core's realistic armour penetration system. Thermal imaging disabled on all vehicles, only scouts have handheld thermal optics. The MBTs and IFVs had an advanced Fire Control System (FCS), stabilizing the turret and calculating lead and range. All vehicles respawn, but with different respawn times according to value. The battle lasts two hours. Battle takes place every two months - sign ups start 1-2 weeks before battle date. All events are non-political and is not in any other way representing history, religion, ideologies and similar. We are only playing for fun and for the great social aspect of playing together with hundreds of humans from all over the world. Let the wars be kept to the game monitors and not the real world. It has been two weeks since the coalition invasion. During the last 72 hours, elements of the Iranian 6th Armored Division have been conducting a delaying defence, three hundred kilometres south of Esfahan. The goal was to allow the U.S. 7th Cavalry Division to funnel and extend its course of attack, to be flanked and destroyed by other units of the 3rd Corps. With two opposing tank companies in the first line about to face each other, we join the action.. OBJECTIVE There are two friendly and two hostile zones. Each army's objective is to capture the two enemy zones while defending their own. The army that has most zones in their control wins.
