Perceived Memories Locations - All in the Seasoning (Harmony Route) | Digimon Survive

Perceived Memories can be found by pulling out Takuma's cellphone and scanning distortions in different locations and at different points in Digimon Survive's main story. They're broken up into three sets of five, with the final two chapters of each set locked behind one of the game's three main routes (Moral, Harmony, and Wrathful).
