You could call this hymn the "Russian Amazing Grace." There are many versions of this famous Slavic hymn & I'm partial to this one although it is a bit short. "I am just a sinner, truly I am so, were it not for God's amazing gift to me. If He wasn't so loving that He saved my soul, then I would have perished in this life alone." A truly biographical song for everyone of us. Thank God for His amazing gift of Jesus Christ!
