If the Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma Is not getting better with the CHOP regime, there are many other chemotherapy regime also available and the best would be giving an aggressive chemotherapy with bone marrow transplantation because what happen is the cells are increased in size and it is not killed by the chemotherapy that we give. So in that situation, we need to give an aggressive chemotherapy so that it kills all the fastest growing cells in the body. One of the fastest growing cells would be the bone marrow cells which can get affected and this is the reason to eliminate the bone marrow cells and all the fast growing cells in the body an then give bone marrow transplantation , it is always better.
